Withdrawal of funds from your jjwin account will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to jjwin's satisfaction. jjwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending KYC completion.

jjwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency stablecoin). jjwin does not accept deposits or withdrawals via any method not listed above without prior written approval.
All deposits are credited to your account in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of deposit on the platform. jjwin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

jjwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an account is suspended or terminated for cause, jjwin may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, available funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Where a violation is confirmed, forfeiture of funds may apply.
Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting jjwin support via live chat. Available verified balances will be refunded to the registered payment method following closure, subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
jjwin may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jjwin will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the jjwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jjwin's operating jurisdiction.
